Testimonials

This is a wonderful class! Not only do you become familiar with things you may have never had to consider before now, but the friendships formed through this class create a community of support and excitement for everyone’s babies to arrive. It has made such a big difference to me.

This is my second pregnancy with a hopeful VBAC and I found this class to be extremely informative! I learned SOOO much in 8 weeks! I would suggest this class to everyone! I also made some pretty awesome friends because of this class Worth every minute.

This class taught and reassured my husband and I as we were “first time parents” and didn’t know what to expect. It gave us the knowledge of each step of labor, comforting techniques, what our baby was experiencing in the womb and more. It helped us connect as a couple/team and when labor time approached, we were both calm. I would HIGHLY recommend this course!! You will be so glad you did!!

I don’t have enough time to write everything I want to about this class! Just tonight Blair said “It’s Wednesday, it’s Birth Class Day!” And I shook my head so sadly! We loved the information, and the education, as well the opportunity to meet other couples!!! I wish there were more classes like this all over for my friends who DON’T live in NOVA.

My husband and I took this class in preparation for the birth of our son. It was not only informative, but also encouraging! One of my favorite aspects about the class was bringing to light the difference between what is often labeled a “complication” and a “variation of normal.” I highly recommend this class to anyone preparing to give birth!!
